Andrew Berger

Andrew Berger is Of Counsel to Katz Teller, a Cincinnati law firm, in which he practiced corporate law for over 40 years. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and Cornell Law School. He served on the Boards of Trustees and as President of Isaac M. Wise Temple and of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati. He served as a member of the Board of Governors and as Chair of Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion. Andy is a member of Isaac M. Wise Temple.

Gary Greenberg

Gary Greenberg retired as Principal in the Cincinnati office of Jackson Lewis, P.C. He’s a graduate of University of Pennsylvania and University of Michigan Law School. Gary’s past volunteer activities include President of the Jewish Federation of Cincinnati, member of the Board of Governors of Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion, and member of the Board of the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority. Gary is a member of Rockdale Temple and Congregation Beth Adam in Cincinnati.

Dr. James Greenberg

James Greenberg, M.D. is Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and Co-Director of the Perinatal Institute at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. He is a congregant at the Isaac M. Wise Temple and previously served as a member of the Wise Temple Board of Trustees, including terms on the Board Executive Committee as Secretary and Treasurer. He has also served as a member of the Wise Temple Finance Committee.

Rabbi Micah Greenstein

Rabbi Micah Greenstein is the senior rabbi of Temple Israel, the largest Jewish congregation in a five-state southern region. Recognized as Memphis Magazine’s inaugural Memphian of the Year and one of America’s Top 50 Rabbis by Newsweek/The Daily Beast, Rabbi Greenstein is an adjunct faculty member at Rhodes College and Memphis Theological Seminary and has served on the national board of the NAACP and executive committee of the National Civil Rights Museum. He chaired the Israel Committee of the CCAR and serves on the International Advisory Council of the IMPJ.

Mark Kanter

Mark Kanter was formerly General Counsel of Rookwood Properties, Inc., a local family-owned real estate management and development firm. Mark holds a B.A. from Connecticut College in New London and a JD degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has been involved with several non-profit boards and organizations over the years including Isaac M. Wise Temple, Cedar Village, Jewish Family Service, and the Jewish Community Center of Cincinnati. He also served on the Board of Governors of Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion.

Jerry Kathman

Jerry Kathman is founder and chairman of the board of LPK, the largest independent brand design agency in the world. Jerry is recognized within the industry as a leading authority on the role of design in brand building. His global experience has provided Fortune 500 companies with insights into both the opportunities and pitfalls of building a global brand in today’s rapidly changing world. Jerry serves on the board of trustees for Cincinnati Public Radio, United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and the Contemporary Arts Center.

Amy J. Katz

Amy Katz is a social psychologist with broad and deep experience coaching leaders and professionals in a wide range of industries and settings. She is a co-owner of Baker & Daboll, LLC, an executive coaching firm headquartered in Cincinnati. Amy has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati and Xavier University. A past president of Isaac M. Wise Temple, Amy is currently co-chair of the Temple’s civic engagement initiatives and facilitates the Temple’s Wise Aging program. Amy received her M.S.W. from the University of Michigan and her Ph.D. from the University of Cincinnati.

B.H. Levy Jr

B.H. Levy Jr. was raised in Savannah, Georgia’s Congregation Mickve Israel, North America’s oldest congregation now practicing Reform Judaism. He recently retired from practicing civil law. He served on the board of and as President of Mickve Israel and as founding president of Shalom School, a liberal religious school. He served as founding president and now serves as Board Chair of Roots of Reform Judaism. B.H. served on the board of Savannah Symphony, and now serves on the board of Savannah Music Festival. He also served on the Board of Governors of Hebrew Union College – Jewish Institute of Religion.

Lynn Rosenberg Mayfield

Lynn Rosenberg Mayfield is an executive search consultant in the nonprofit sector. For almost 20 years she has managed searches for CEOs, presidents, and other senior executives for hospitals, academic and religious institutions, foundations, associations, arts and cultural organizations, and social service organizations. Prior to her search consulting career, Lynn was the CEO of the regional hospital association and its subsidiaries in Greater Cincinnati for 23 years. She has a B.A. from American University and an M.A. from George Washington University. Lynn is a life-long active member of Rockdale Temple in Cincinnati.

Rabbi Sandy Eisenberg Sasso

Rabbi Sandy Eisenberg Sasso is Senior Rabbi Emerita of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck in Indianapolis. She was the founding director of the Religion, Spirituality, and the Arts Initiative now at the Herron School of Art and Design at Indiana University. Rabbi Sasso was the first woman ordained from the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College and the first to serve a Conservative congregation together with her husband, Rabbi Dennis C. Sasso, also becoming the first practicing rabbinical couple in world Jewish history. She is also the author of nationally acclaimed children’s books.

Rick Seibold

Rick Seibold is the former President and Founder of Initiator, an innovation consulting firm. Through time at Procter & Gamble, AcuPOLL Research, and 20+ years at Initiator, he worked across hundreds of categories developing new product and service ideas, ultimately delivering marketplace successes for both Fortune 500 and smaller companies. Rick obtained a BA from Whitman College, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. In addition to his work with CCJ, he currently serves as a board member and the Marketing Committee Chairman for the Dan Beard Council of Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America).
